Our home :)

Last July we found this little gem after looking at what felt like 7000 houses. Our offer was accepted the week before Clara was born, and we closed on our first house last September, but we didn't move in until the end of November. We had the kitchen completely redone, new carpet installed, and we painted every room of the house except for Andrew & my bedroom. It's been a work in progress, but we love the house and the location.

Thankfully, most of those nasty bushes have been cut down & we're pulling out the stumps next week. Andrew calls those tan plants in front of the porch the "warts", because their roots are so deep and intense that he can't dig them out. Anyone know what to do with them?

The backyard :) The pond is right behind our house, which brings so many awesome birds! Pretty soon we're getting a trampoline, which I am SO excited about!!

Our new dining room table! The wonderful Boothes gave us their dining room table & 8 chairs a few weeks ago. We LOVE it! And yes, Colten is putting a pink marker in his ear in the picture, lol.

 Such a beauty. A sweet lady in the ward gave it to us & it fits perfectly in our home.

The messiest room in the house.. always. It's where we sleep, so it's the one room I just let go & tidy it up every week or two.

 Andrew and his brother, Adam, built a shed for us 2 weeks ago, and it's awesome! We now have a place for the strollers, lawnmower, tools, etc.

 I stained the back deck last week, but haven't gotten to the railing yet.

Clara caught herself with Colten's fishing pole, haha...
