I figure this will be the last time my blog is focused just on Colten! Baby girl is due to arrive in TEN days. Incredible. Sweet little Colten is such a joy. He is obsessed with water and with other kids. He doesn't mind car rides, and he loves alone time in his crib. He wants to read books alllll day, and dances to every musical toy he has at once. He loves to look at people, but when they acknowledge him he becomes shy & clings to me. He's been clinging to my leg for a few weeks now.. some people say it's because he 'senses what's coming'. Let's hope that's not why :P Colten does everything he can to climb in the bath tub or put his hands in the toilet or dog bowl. Water is his happy place. He still claps when I finish singing him a song, and he says "uh oh", "hi", and "amen". He is just a sweet, happy baby. I don't know how I'll love another like I love him, but I know each child we have will hold a special place in our hearts. Love this boy... we have had so much fun at the park, pool, and beach this summer!! & here are a million pictures from his birthday month through this past week!
